we have individuals named to be shareholders and they are serving on different commissions so they under Title 2 they are allowed to serve on only one commission.

DELEGATE CHARLES DAMON
the directive was for the Council to appoint Council delegates to Navajo Oil and Gas Company shareholders so that there is a quorum. This action is not adding shareholders to make a quorum but to replace some shareholders. And so I will not support this.

NAVAJO COUNCIL CHIEF LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL LEVON HENRY
