According to the Approved Navajo Council Fall Session Agenda, Legislation 0145-24 is no longer on the agenda. Legislation 0145-24 seeks Council approval to amend the Navajo Nation Tobacco Products Tax at 24 Navajo Nation Code § 800 – § 810 and Enacting the Electronic Smoking Products Tax at 24 N.N.C. § 1001 – § 1016. The legislation sponsor is Council Delegate Carl R. Slater. The co-sponsors are Council Delegates Helena Nez Begay, Shaandiin Parrish, Curtis Yanito, and Lester C. Yazzie.
