DELEGATE AMBER CROTTY, this is critical and talked about at committee level and thank Delegate Steven Begay. This important for transparency. When look at committee report, don’t know how each committee members vote. And sometime changes when comes to Naabik’iyati Committee and Council. And for me, I dk how delegates voted at committee level on Homesite Leases. And this bill would keep us accountable. My communities appreciates Office of Speaker newsletter which published how each delegate voted on bills that went before Council during winter session. I would ask for education of community on how to locate legislation on Dibb system.
