Here at Navajo Council where debate continues over referendum for people to return as governing body.

Why should there be referendum? Why can’t Council do and also include how policies and laws created. That is how I support this legislation. It needs a little more work and direction. Navajo Government Development Commission failed to present a complete referendum. The Commission provides very minimal guidance and it will create commotion and chaos.
