Election board president Wallace Charley announced that the meeting was scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. but it’s been delayed because the board is waiting for tribal attorneys.

As the board was waiting, Chris Deschene, who was disqualified as a presidential candidate by the Navajo Nation Office of Hearings and Appeals on Oct. 6, 2014, is here. When Deschene arrived, he shook hands with all of the board members.
