Letters of intent for Systems Change Grants of up to $175,000 are due by October 6 at 5:00 P.M. Interested organizations can discuss proposals with a Vitalyst team member by completing the Vitalyst Discovery Form and noting interest in Systems Change Grants. Our team will then be in contact to schedule a 30-minute conversation.
