HEHS COMMITTEE MEMBER DELEGATE PHELPS
I support HEHS Committee member Witherspoon’s recommendation to hire Navajo veterans and maybe NVA could work with Navajo Workforce Development for additional construction workers.

NVA DIRECTOR NEZ
budget projections for 2015 are a little less but we can develop budget for this project in 2015. i am confident we can complete homes by September 30, 2014. We get rebate from Home Depot off contract we gave Home Depot at end of year.

HOME DEPOT REPRESENTATIVE LUCERO
you talked about waiving of taxes for applicances. i worked out budget for 75 homes, $153,000 for stove, refrigerators, heaters. but if remove heaters then we cud develop budget for stoves and refrigerators. Tax was $98,000 and if remove tax then we cud fill that need without additional funding.
