Greetings Relatives/Frens/Humans, the Navajo Nation Council RESOURCES AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE has been Regularly Approving Church Land Use Permits. Today’s RDC work session is Totally Focused on Amending Church Land Use Permits Regulations to FAVOR CHURCHES.
Before the RDC, whose chairman, RICKIE NEZ, is a CHURCH PASTOR, change Navajo Law to FAVOR the approving of MORE Church Land Use Permits, the Dine’ have the RIGHT to See, Hear, Get a Copy of a COMPLETE LIST of Churches that have Land Permits. The Church Land Use Permits LIST should also show how many of the Churches had their LAND USE FEE WAIVED. How much Land was initially allocated under approved Church Land Use Permit & whether Church has stayed in those boundaries, and what was done to bring Church or Churches back into Compliance..
What is the TOTAL DINE’ LAND USE that Churches have been Granted by RDC?.
What is the TOTAL DINE’ LAND USE approved for NAVAJO OIL & GAS COMPANY?
What is the TOTAL DINE’ LAND USE approved for NAVAJO TRANSITIONAL ENERGY COMPANY?
What is the TOTAL DINE’ LAND USE approved for NAVAJO TRIBUAL UTILITY AUTHORITY?
What is the TOTAL DINE’ LAND USE approved for NAVAJO ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY?
AND WHAT IS THE TOTAL DINE’ LAND USE APPROVED FOR HOME SITE LEASES FOR DINE’????!!!!
The RDC is also PUSHING to use FIVE YEAR OLD HEARINGS to RAM their amendments to the NAVAJO NATION CHURCH LAND USE PERMITS. FYI – Can RDC member Mark Freeland and RICKIE NEZ be UNBIASED on Voting for what is in the BEST INTEREST of the Dine. Or shud MARK FREELAND & RICKIE NEZ admit they favor CHURCHES over our Dine’ Way of Life. Every time that Freeland is asked to pray during Navajo Council meetings & committee meetings, he prays Only in Christian Way.
What is the RDC Track Record for PROTECTING DINE’ SACRED SITES instead of SUPPORTING continued EXPLOITATION of the Natural Resources/SACRED Elements of MOTHER EARTH for $$$$$$$$$ And where is the $$$$$$$$ spent?
Why isn’t the Navajo Council/RDC calling for a Comprehensive Written Report on How nez&lizer, the Council, & the Judicial Branch spent the Dine’s $714 MILLION in CARES Relief Aid,, instead of Spending a Whole Day to increasing the land base of CHURCHES.
The RDC are LameDucks and they have no RIGHT shoving NEW LAWS for MORE LAND for CHURCHES down upon the Dine’. The Council has no RIGHT shoving NEW LAWS for MORE LAND for CHURCHES down upon the Dine’, who are SUFFERING from Homelessness, COVID, MMDR, death, starvation, domestic violence, critical lack of police, no housing, no public transportation at each of the 110 chapters/local governments, no jobs, no Support for Dine’ farmers; no support for Alternative Energy, No DIRECT Communication with the Dine’, No Sharing of Govt Documents Discussed in Open Navajo Govt Meetings; and chapter officials/Council locking Dine’ out of Navajo Govt Public Buildings built with Dine’ People’s MONEY.
May Peace Prevail on Mother Earth!. .
