Another reason that NCTA must reorganize is that NCTA’s Tax exemption certificate has been revoked by IRS cuz there is federal law that NCTA make report annually and NCTA didn’t make report for three or four years. But we didn’t know that cuz we didn’t have records. We really had to dig around to find out.

I want to make clear to Ira Vandaver that this Gathering on April 19 is good. But what couldn’t approve is involvement of someone not here, NCTA Prez Peter MacDonald Sr.

NFL Red Skins owner Dan Synder has given Navajo Arts and Crafts Enterprise a franchise and most big corporations, such as Budweiser, give franchises for a lot of money for that. And that will provide a lot of jobs. So it’s a good thing that they’ve done. We didn’t give them anything. Synder asked us to come.

If in the future, Synder comes to NCTA and makes offer that NCTA not take from Snyder because I’ll provide what Synder offers.
