But Legislation 0131-14 is about a settlement agreement between the U.S. and Navajo Nation regarding a lawsuit filed by the Navajo Nation against the U.S. over alleged mismanagement of gas and oil royalties.

It is not 1:06 am and Legislation 0131-14 is being read into the record by Legislative staff.

THE NAVAJO COUNCIL IS IN SPECIAL SESSION. And finally adopted its agenda with five amendments, which involved the additional of five pieces of legislation.
Vote on five amendments was 14 in favor, 2 opposed at 1:01 p.m.
Vote on Council accepting agenda was 16 in favor, 1 opposed at 1:03 p.m.
