Wen are we going to get to point of keeping the dollar on the rez. But my recommendation is that the tax revenues generated for walk ways, wellness center that it be distributed equally among the 110 chapters.
Supports sovereignty and not taking from chapters cuz chapter official are not investing in wellness centers, walkways. Some delegates say small amount but at least it’s something.
I voted against in prior form but support. There is something positive in each legislation that comes before us.
It’s a small tax revenue but it earmarks
If changes one person or several, it works. If they say let’s go to parks then change lifestyle. Our youth came to tell us that they don’t see areas for them. This is about as leaders investing back into community for better health of pple.
