This is about a rate increase for monitoring of wells by Navajo Tribal Utility Authority from $200 to $800 and that increase will be passed onto to the consumer, our Navajo People.

This is only for Oil and Gas activities in Greater Aneth area and we took over from USEPA. Page 2 says monitoring for oil and gas production wells.
