If we are going to give to people as referendum then do little differently. Amendment by Delegate Leoanrd Tsosie and other amendments place limitations on people. If truly have referendum that allow people to provide their own language.

By making referendum only cause uncertainty and create more work for students cuz have to convince over 1,000 voters. It appears they are on shoe string budget and Navajo Times charges $2,000 for full page ad.
Oppose amendment. strongly recommend to presentors to study impact of taxes on businesses and I feel that is easily doable.
But this amendment only makes harder for supporters and you are doing good job in convincing this body on ways to support. Also also to keep Sunset Clause.
