The following Delegates are present: Speaker Naize, LoRenzo Bates, Nelson BeGaye, Katherine Benally, George Apachito, Leonard Pete, Alton Shepherd, Duane Tsinigine, Charles Damon, Josh Butler, Walter Phelps. There are 2 members from each committee. Committee has convened at 12:05 pm. As Committee is doing Announcements, Delegate Leonard Tsosie arrives.

This legislation needs to remain at RDC until RDC takes action. And Navajo Oil & Gas has been lobbying Delegates and Navajo Oil & Gas is falling apart. Navajo Attorney General also has issued opinion regarding lawsuits against Navajo Oil & Gas that could hurt shareholders.
