We are going to try something new. You will notice that the screen on the south side of the council chamber is down. We did a test run of showing proposed amendments to legislation on that screen. Amendment debated and at end of debate and before final vote, all the amendments will be shown on screen on south side of council chamber. and amendments will be color coded.
