But I think we cud use this, it’s a good act. It’s trying to streamline to all procedures of energy development on Indian land. And we cud come in with book of what we are experiencing.

But certain portions of bill limit to Alaskan Land Claims Settlement land. We cud really use this proposed bill.

Also talk about BLM fees so put in this bill that federal benefits to Navajo persons not be affected cuz of proposals of oil and gas in Mancos Shale, their medicare and other benefits are being affected. Navajo people asking if shud take financial benefits of oil and gas drilling or federal social services.
