Hi everyone, I’m a part of a Native American Heritage Month planning committee at the University of Arizona. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re now actively looking for two Arizona-based, Native grassroots environmental organizations (to fill two spots) that could travel to the UA next Tuesday, Nov. 12, at noon (90 min) to present information on their causes, and generate discussion on the debate between economic development and protection of Native sacred spaces.
