THE COUNCIL VOTES 12 IN FAVOR, 0 OPPOSED FOR TSOSIE’S AMENDMENT, WHICH DELEGATE LORENZO CURLEY SECONDED.

if speaker absent, a selection will be made by committee chairpersons and since Council placed Naize on administrative leave, he will be absent for awhile. so i suggest that council selects a speaker pro temp until legislation 0069-14 is certified.
