NATION COUNCIL IS DEBATING LEGISLATION 0069-14, WHICH IS FOR THE REMOVAL OF DELEGATE NAIZE AS SPEAKER, WHEN DELEGATE JONATHAN NEZ ASKS FOR THE COUNCIL TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION.

DELEGATE JONATHAN NEZ
i see the speaker position as an employee working for us, the council. and when personnel issues come up that deal with legalities, and other specific items, these personnel issues are discussed behind closed doors and we have not done this yet with this legislation and Speaker Naize. and as Delegate Simpson was talking, i was thinking that this is an opportunity to discuss this. and this council has never had a majority of its members present, like today. so today is an opportune time to discuss this issue among ourselves and with Speaker Naize. and so I ask that we go into executive session and talk this thru and come out with a solution.
so I motoin for executive session
DELEGATE SIMPSON SECONDS

12:34 pm COUNCIL VOTES ON EXECUTIVE SESSION
