SPEAKER PRO TEMP BATES tells Delegate Lorenzo Curley that any delegate can pick up what the RDC subcommittee was doing but that the legislation would have to go before the Naabik’iyati Committee and the Council.

The council goes to Legislation 0103-14: approving $697,480 in supplemental funding from the Reserves to implement and manage a 911 emergency response system.
