Why Arizona? that was something negotiated in KeyBank loan and I think that that was Counsel for KeyBank wanted Arizona but no particular magic to Arizona. Could be New Mexico or Utah. Unlike New York.

When doing NGS negotiations, NGS stood ground that wanted state court, ARizona, cuz DK Navajo courts and have no influence. So why don’t we do that. All cases will be heard in Navajo courts and not state courts of Az, NM, Utah. “We just cave into them thinking good for nation. when stand ground that our courts, judicial system adequate, professional.”

And this is Navajo money that will be paying back Bond/Loan.
