EPA HEARING ON NGS BART, phoenix

This is very much a health issue when talking BART. Medical researchers like myself shows adverse health impacts – asthma, pre mature deaths.
Took modeling and how much wud go down, 75 percent emission reductions if apply EPA BART. What benefits? For Az, avoided 500 asthma attacks, 2 death a year and cost is over $13 m annually.
So every year plant control put off, then health of Az put off.
Impact not counties, but pollution hundreds of miles.
Evidence clear, particles from NGS adversing oimpacting pple downwind. If delay pollution controls then expense of health and welare of pple downwind of plant.

NGS ned think in a global manner. Retirement of coal provides opportunity to alternative energy. TWG has no committment to retire stacks, meet federal reductions of emissions/NOx. Not conviced meet requiarement of law or EPA. TWG has provided not modelling. Appreicate BOR committment clean energy but that shud be separate from BART. Administration bound by law to reduce climate change.
