We are probably out of order here cuz only 12 and we need 13. And special Council session on Monday is for this legislation. But again, we don’t have all the Council delegates here and so the delegates that are absent today will be asking a lot of questions that will probably be answered today.

And so I’d like to suggest that as soon as we get a quorum of 13 delegates that we vote on recommending this legislation to the special Council session on Monday, 9-30-13, and that way, we can have the debate then.
