The Navajo Council Resources and Development Committee is listening to the reading of RDC member Delegate George Apachito’s Legislation 0104-14 is being read into the record. Legislation 0104-14 would rescind RDC actions creating RDC Subcommittee to draft agreement between Navajo Nation and URI/HRI for URI/HRI to construct and operate In-Situ Uranium Mining Demonstration Project.
