University of NM housing for Dine’ Students on Navajo Council Health, Education & Human Services Committee agenda, 10 am, 7.27.21

Greetings Relatives/Frens/Humans, the Navajo Council’s Health, Education & Human Services Committee is FINALLY addressing our Unsheltered Dine’ Students attending the University of NM in Albuquerque, after prez nez & vice prez lizer decided NOT TO RENEW & RE-FUND the UNM Rainforest Dorm, which was for Dine’ undergraduate & graduate students. Nez&lizer made a HUGE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT about signing the Rainforest Dorm Agreement But nez&lizer were SILENT in ANNOUNCING their Decision to EVICT Dine’ Students.

According to the HEHS Proposed Agenda, the UPDATE on the University of New Mexico Rainforest Student Housing will be Presented by Alexandra Kinsella, Attorney, Navajo Dept Of Justice, and Rose Graham, Director, Navajo Nation Scholarship Office director. I wonder if NDOJ, which is headed by Attorney General Doreen McPaul, who serves at the Pleasure of nez&lizer, will PAINT a Warped picture of our Dine’ students as their JUSTIFICATION for not Renewing the Rainforest Agreement with UNM. Well…if nez&lizer bring that up, via McPaul’s politically appointed lawyer, Alexandra Kinsella, then McPaul/Kinsella/nez/lizer must RECALL when Jonathan Nez was the Vice President for then President Russell Begaye and TOTALLY FAILED to INFORM THE DINE’/PUBLIC that Begaye’s daughter had TOTALLED a navajo govt SUV near Flagstaff, Ariz., until an Arizona Newspaper published a news story about the CRASH. Jonathan Nez FINALLY TALKED when it POLITICALLY BENEFITED HIM, which was when he decided to become a NAVAJO GOVT PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE…SMH

And prez nez HAD NOT ANSWERED my question FOR MONTHS about whether former Navajo Nation Nation Health Command Operations Center Director DAVE NEZ is his BROTHER. I am asking that question because it is a VIOLATION of the Navajo Nation ETHICS in Government Law for prez nez to hire his BROTHER. According to Navajo Nation Ethics in Govt Law, this violation DEMANDS IMMEDIATE REMOVAL!!!!

Nez&lizer have also FAILED to SUMBIT a WRITTEN REPORT to the Dine’ about HOW THEY SPENT $8 MILLION in MONETARY DONATIONS earmarked for the Dine’ and not nez&lizer. Nez&lizer directed their Attorney General Doreen McPaul to turn her office into a CALL-IN CENTER FOR MONETARY DONATIONS TO THE NAVAJO NATION/DINE’ at the beginning of the pandemic in 2019.

On 5.18.21, I googled NDOJ and FOUND THE FOLLOWING: The Navajo Nation / Department of Justice, nndoj.org
The Navajo Nation’s Health Command Center is coordinating donations to the Nation through the Nation’s Department of Justice and Office of the Controller. Non-monetary donations are also accepted. For more information or to make a monetary donation see www.navajo.fund or call (928)871-6206 or send an email to general@nndoj.org.

And as soon as the NNDOJ website open, you will read: Official Navajo Nation COVID-19 Relief Fund. The Navajo Nation COVID-19 Fund has been established to help the Navajo Nation respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the Navajo Nation’s only official COVID-19 fundraising and donation effort. The Navajo Nation is accepting monetary and non-monetary donations to address immediate medical and community needs. The Navajo Nation’s Health Command Center is coordinating donations to the Nation through the Nation’s Department of Justice and Office of the Controller. Non-monetary donations are also accepted.
