if you look at 0082-14, there is no reference to prior Council legislation and are we at point to begin construction. i know request legitmate and needed. but appropriate time to push for funding.

i have concerns if go for new construction. the location of new site concerns me. i don’t kow how many navajos go to gallup hospital. this has returned to council repeatedly. we pour money into gallup repeatedly.

there are surrounding navajo communities that support 0082-14. we have heard talk is cheap. we need to work on project. I agree that we shud build on Navajo land, maybe we shud build by your big campaign sign, Mr. Russell Begaye. But land where Gallup hospital is was donated by Gurley (Gallup auto business man).
