Work sessions continue on COVID-19 expenditure plan, 6.2.20

The Navajo Nation Council’s Naabik’iyati Committee is continuing its work sessions from the past two weeks that involve hearing oral reports and accepting written reports from the Navajo Nation divisions, programs, enterprises, etc.

Today’s Naabik’iyati work session is focusing on agriculture and a follow-up on water infrastructure.

The Navajo Nation Council Budget & Finance Committee is also meeting. The BFC proposed agenda includes hearing several reports regarding donations; the impact of decreased tribal revenues from oil and gas; CARES Act funding.
